As a Los Angeles based Realtor, Lina represents buyers and investors of residential properties, specializing in Santa Monica, Silicon Beach and surrounding areas.

Navigating the real estate world is overwhelming but as a Realtor and former attorney, Lina provides in-depth knowledge of real estate to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.

As a Southern California native, Lina received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine and a law degree from Tulane Law School. While in law school, Lina externed for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California and subsequently practiced civil litigation in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles. As a practicing attorney, Lina gained valuable skills in negotiations, client advocacy, and problem-solving.

Following a successful career in law, Lina parlayed her legal career into her passion for real estate, wherein combining her legal acumen, extensive real estate knowledge, negotiation skills, and diverse experiences make her a valuable asset in any real estate transaction. 

She is balanced in terms of her ability to work quickly in a high-stress environment, yet she would never push a client into a speedy transaction. Applying a tenacious spirit, Lina demonstrates an exemplary approach to providing her clients with an incomparable experience as she takes the time to walk clients through every step of the process, so they are informed and educated about their options.
